Sr Program Manager

General Description

The Program Manager is a core member of the Transformation Management Office who is aligned to one or more Transformation workstreams). He/she is responsible for having a deep understanding of the objectives, deliverables, progress, blockers, interdependencies and risks associated with all initiatives within the workstream(s). The Program Manager will lead weekly check-ins with Workstream Leads and/or Initiative Leads to understand progress against milestones, surface obstacles and facilitate problem-solving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Liaison is the critical point of contact between the Transformation Management Office and the Workstream(s).

• Assist Transformation Leaders (i.e., Workstream Leads and Initiative Leads) in establishing high fidelity and rigorous milestones, deliverables, financial projections, and deadlines
