Job Description
A defense electronics organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, mission‑critical programs within its Space Electronic Systems (SES) portfolio. This role oversees multiple spaceflight and space‑qualified electronic programs across the full lifecycle, from design and development through manufacturing, integration, delivery, and customer acceptance.

This position supports sub‑product‑based programs within SES and serves as a key interface between engineering, manufacturing partners, customers, and internal leadership. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience managing space electronic systems, understands how boards, power supplies, and integrated electronics are designed and built, and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, small‑to‑mid‑size company environment where Program Managers own outcomes end‑to‑end.
