The Senior Program Manager, Non-Sort Inbound Network Planning in the STEP organization leads non-sortable inbound volumes and topology planning across mid-term (1-year) and long-term (3-year+) horizons for Amazon's EU Non-Sort (NS) Inbound network. The role focuses on two critical areas:
• Developing and executing the CEU+UK non-sort inbound build plan to meet future demand at optimal cost
• Driving strategic EU-wide initiatives to enhance non-sort network design, capacity planning, and operational processes

These responsibilities require managing complex cross-functional programs involving senior-level stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Operations, Inbound Supply Chain (IBSC), External Fulfillment (3P), Real Estate and Transportation.
