Sr Production Planner

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Responsible for leading production planning execution and operational alignment to ensure on-time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and effective capacity utilization in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. This role serves as a technical and operational reference within the Planning organization and provides leadership continuity in the absence of the MPS or Planning Manager. Drives planning excellence through Lean Supply Chain principles, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Lead development and execution of production schedules based on demand variability, material constraints, and capacity analysis.
