About the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred ; candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience in the PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment will be considered an added advantage .
- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including customers, which is an advantage to the candidate .
- Working knowledge or exposure to electronic components used in PCBA, raw PCB materials, mechanical parts, and SMT, DIP, or functional test (FT) assembly processes is preferable .
- Hands-on exposure to motherboard or computer/server device assembly, including electrical components, testing, and inspection activities, is considered an added value .
