About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Three Main Responsibilities:
40% - Develop marketing strategies & plans for the assigned brand to enhance brand equity, increase market share and achieve brand business target
40% - Execute and deliver communication campaigns and marketing programs
20% - Accountable for regular brand operation works, including brand demand forecast, A&P spending management, support/synergize with cross-function teams (ethical marketing, CRM, retail sales, etc)
