About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager in Payroll AI, you’ll be part of the team that leads strategy and delivery of AI-powered features and skills for Payroll Agent that are developed to be understood, trusted, and adopted by customers at global scale. You’ll own projects across the Payroll Agent lifecycle—from defining the customer problem and value proposition, to shaping the platforms and frameworks that enable Workday teams to bring agent skills to market quickly and consistently. Working closely with machine learning, engineering, numerous frameworks teams, and payroll domain product leaders, you’ll turn emerging AI capabilities into clear product narratives, scalable solutions, and measurable customer impact.
