About the Role
Sr Product Engineer – Permanent Role – Ireland Minimum BSc or BEng with minimum 5+ years of relevant industrial experience Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication and package assembly. Displaying Critical thinking and problem solving skills required, along with the ability to plan both Tactical and Strategic projects. Prior experiences with Power Management and Automotive products are a bonus In-depth knowledge of data analysis principles and statistics. Ability to mine data through Datapower, YieldHUB, JMP, Excel, and other statistical software package. Knowledgeable on different test systems, including but not limited to Eagle, DTS, Teradyne, and Labview. Able to evaluate and characterize product performance and improve yields through investigative techniques including, but not limited to Bench testing, Data mining/analysis, and Test improvements.
