Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Leads selected projects to identify quality improvement opportunities, reduce costs, improve cycle time, and drive competitive advantages.
Leads process capability studies and statistical analyses to improve production performance.
Identifies, leads, and executes concurrent cross-functional process improvement projects.
Analyzes process needs, documents requirements, develops metrics, and improves and/or designs new processes.
Coordinates machine modifications, process validations, and engineering trials.
Acts as a change agent to systematically drive and implement organizational change in order to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements:
Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
