Sr Principal ML Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sr.Principal ML Engineer to help found and technically lead a new ML team in Bangalore within Autodesk’s Growth and Experience Technology (GET) organization. The GET ML team builds measurable AI solutions that drive Autodesk’s growth and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. This role is pivotal: you will play a central role in defining the technical vision, standards, and culture of the team from the ground up.

This role goes beyond building and deploying models. You will act as a technical owner and thought partner, working closely with engineering, product, and research teams to shape how machine learning is applied across Autodesk’s go-to-market experiences. Autodesk follows a hybrid work model. You may work remotely or from an Autodesk office, with periodic travel as business needs require.
