About the Role

What You Will Do
To work out Production plan and production schedule based on material status/manpower & tooling capacity.
To monitor the output of production to make sure on time delivery.
To coordinate with related departments (PD/ME/Tooling/MOQ) to solve issues during production.
To analyze and control the safety stock and VSFB to maintain the reasonable inventory level to reduce the LT, quick responsiveness to customer and improve the Molex’s competitive ability.
To work with buyers to ensure material supply smoothly.
To push production output and FG inventory to hit billing target.
To do HC planning, material availability checking, and capacity analysis.
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and p...
