Job Description

Specialist in designing, analyzing, and validating packaging processes for components and finished products, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and regulatory standards established by customers and the organization’s internal procedures. This includes implementing innovative and efficient solutions that optimize packaging performance, improve product protection during transport, and contribute to sustainability and safety in packaging processes. Additionally, the Packaging Engineer must lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with various departments, and foster talent development within the team.

• Train new packaging associates in processes critical to the position.
• Serve as the first point of contact for issues related to SAP, Customer Portals.
