Ø Preparation of Airway Bill, MAWB, HAWB. Submitting ASI and preparing Gates Pass.
Ø Preparing Final Handover Set. Submitting E-AWB. Coordination with Customers for Smooth clearance process. Communicating with the Airline for Carting. Coordinating with the Airlines for the Amendments.
Ø Preparation on Invoices.
Ø The candidate should have sound knowledge in handling both overseas and local shipments (Air).
Ø Should be well-versed in day-to-day operational activities related to Air shipments.
Ø Manage airline bookings and reservations, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
