Job Summary:
Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager. Design and develop manufacturing process for new project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target.
Job Description
1. Manufacturing Process Development
(i) Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
(ii) Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.
