Job Summary

The Production Planner, SMT is assigned leading the development and execution of structured SMT production plans to support operational requirements across multiple product families in both Laguna and Cavity factories. Collaborates closely with Materials Planning and Procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and sustain production continuity. Drives effective factory loading, capacity planning, and resource optimization to meet business demands. Accountable for achieving revenue targets, meeting customer delivery commitments, and supporting key performance indicators while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
