Lead new product development form SP/MD/Assembly process, continue improvement the process, ensure product quality, cost and production efficiency. Total process engineer will integrate all process to find opportunity then development our project with cost-effectiveness.
What You Will Do
1)Participate in new product DFM and provide manufacturability recommendations from a manufacturing process perspective
2)Responsible for developing new product flow chat, work instructions, and inspection standards
3)Lead new product trial runs, track and resolve issues during the trial runs and complete trial run summary reports
4)Responsible for process maintenance and continuous improvement of mass-produced products to improve production yield and efficiency
5)Analyse production data, identify process bottlenecks and sources of variation and optimize processes through experimental design and other methods
