Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Sr.Manufacturing Engineer.
**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Provide manufacturing technical direction and technical assistance for making new and repair existing Stamping Dies, including process design for manufacturing operations.The position supports continuous improvement in production while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and Tijuana Safety culture initiatives.
**Essential Functions**:- Able to offer sufficient Engineering support about maintenance, machining, and creation of dies and fixtures to production:1) Ability to understand cutting, bending, forming, and marking concepts on stamping dies and be able to interact with Stamping Process and Machining Engineers in technical discussions around these processes.
