**Job Overview**
Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.
**Job Requirements**
+ Define and update Machine Spec, PFMEA, Flowchart, Layout, WI and other manufacturing documents.
+ Analyze existing manufacturing processes to reduce production costs and cycle times.
+ Lead production line layout optimization to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
+ Participate in NPI, responsible for process feasibility evaluation from design to mass production.
+ Analyze production abnormalities (such as yield decline or equipment failure) and propose root cause solutions.
