Job Overview

Analyze and solve production engineering and new project qualification issues to ensure new project launch on time, improve production to order, and enhance efficiency under the Sr. Manager PBL organization.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing for new supplier qualification, supplier exit, supplier audit, and supplier assessment to improve capability.
• Lead new product quotation and manage new product approval as project leader for Micro Lite project.
• Support suppliers for DFM, PFMEA, process and tool design, qualification, sample making schedule, packing design, engineering documents, and safe launch audit.
• Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to review and improve capacity, process yield, material change, supplier change, and migration projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities in process, material, plating, packing, drive VAVE and cost reduction projects, and negotiate cost reduction. ...
