Sr Manager, Supply Excellence

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

a.Serve as a key consultant on supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation projects (including system implementations, process upgrades, and integration initiatives).

b.Deliver business-critical insights to align technical solutions with supply chain best practices.

vAdvanced Analysis & Strategic Recommendations

a.Identify, design, and deliver creative and impactful analyses to solve real business problems across all Molex BUs.

b.Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and compelling presentations for senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.

vKnowledge Transfer & Capability Building

a.Train, mentor, and enable teams on supply chain methodologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.
