Sr. Manager Sales Operations & Support

POSITION SUMMARY

The Integrated Business planning Senior Manager is responsible for developing a successful and winning sales strategies based on information under their scope of responsibility such as sales forecasts, inventory, industry trends and market intelligence and in complete alignment with Sales leaders. By managing business activities and processes, the SOM helps the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. As one of the main purposes of this position is to develop sales operations policies and procedures that enables to make the sales process easy for both salespeople and supporting areas and enable the growth of the business identifying and across Latin America Region. In addition, the Sales Operations Manager can ensure the sales team has the tools they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tools.
