Job Title: Senior Manager Growth Location: Chennai Experience: 6-8 years in B2B sales / minimum 4 years selling to BFSI Qualification: Bachelor's degree required / MBA preferred Were hiring a Senior Manager Growth for a leading B2B fintech and enterprise SaaS company. As the Senior Manager Growth, your responsibilities would be: Own a defined annual quota across new business and account expansion within the assigned territory. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3x+ coverage through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner referrals. Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close, including solutioning workshops, POC orchestration, and commercial negotiations. Map and engage key stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships at the VP/AVP/Head/CXO levels within customer organizations.
