About the Role

Position Summary
 :Responsible for overall HR function including organization development, talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations for the assigned regions Partner with leaders to achieve business objectives through HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees team of HR professionals for assigned regions, providing day-to-day guidance and management.
Acts as trusted advisor to the business unit senior leadership.
Partners with business leaders to co-create a positive, effective, and high performing organization culture.
