Overview:

Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO and Operations, with a specialized focus on FP&A. You will be responsible for driving organization, transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency at scale, as well as managing key programs across global Finance teams within the CFO organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders. You will interface with leadership to ensure transparency and visibility into our programs and projects.

You will partner with teams across the Finance organization, including various FP&A teams (Corporate, GTM, Product, etc.) and partners within the broader CFO org.
