Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The goal of the e-commerce (e-com) team is to deliver one connected digital ecosystem to create a premium and seamless consumer experience across all own ecosystem touch-points (e.g. , Flagship APP, Confirmed APP, Running APP) and 3rd party platforms (e.g. Naver, Musinsa, Kakao, SSF etc.).The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Program Delivery is a pivotal role, serving as the strategic architect for our digital consumer interactions and a primary driver of e-commerce growth. This individual is responsible for defining the digital ecosystem strategy, managing the platform roadmap, and leading the execution of critical initiatives that enhance our digital capabilities and consumer experience. By working closely with global digital teams and local cross-functional partners, this role ensures Market Korea remains at the forefront of digital innovation and operational excellence.
