Sr. Manager - Controllership/Audit

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting, Controllership, and Audits . The role involves managing end-to-end tax compliances, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and financial controls , while supporting financial reporting, automation, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliances - Income Tax, TDS, GST, assessments, and filings
• Handle tax audits, notices, appeals, and departmental interactions
• Prepare and review financial statements (including consolidated) as per IND-AS
• Manage statutory & internal audits , closures, and audit queries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and board decks
• Drive finance automation and process improvement projects
