About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI applications and scalable AI platforms. This is a high-impact technical leadership role for professionals passionate about LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and production-grade AI systems.Location: Open Experience: 8+ Years ️ Tech Stack: Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, AWS, NLP, RAG, Vector Databases, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and scale GenAI applications and AI platforms
- Develop ML pipelines, deploy NLP/deep learning models, and optimize performance using LoRA/QLoRA
- Build reusable frameworks for deployment, monitoring, tracing, and alerting
- Implement AI guardrails, compliance workflows, and production rollout strategies
- Work on advanced GenAI workflows including RAG, model chaining, dynamic prompting, PEFT/SFT
