About the Role

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated individual in our Buenos Aires Technology Center. 
As a Senior Lead Software Engineer (VP) you will be responsible for managing the Buenos Aires MDL Engineering team, 7 Engineers, and for collaborating with colleagues in the US, UK & India to define and drive forward the strategic Data Mesh Strategy within CIB Markets. 
Key Responsibilities  
Lead the design, build, delivery, and deployment of high-performing applications to meet the needs of Markets Business, including AIML use cases. 
Drive the Markets Data strategy of transition from Authoritative Data Stores (ADS) to a Data Mesh Architecture. 
Communicate directly with stakeholders to create the best products through direct collaboration. 
Drive innovation and engineering practices to solve complex business problems. 
Ensure reliability & improve operationality efficiency of the strategic Data Mesh platform.
