Sr. Lead Engineer, Digital IP Verification & Emulation

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be leading the verification/emulation planning and execution for complex IP/Sub-system projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and performance standards for our IP products. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving challenging verification problems.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and execution of verification plans for complex IP/Sub-system designs that spans Pre-Silicon verification and FPGA/Emulation platforms.
Define verification strategies, methodologies, and coverage goals to ensure comprehensive verification of IP components.
Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to identify verification requirements and drive testbench development.
Develop, maintain, and enhance verification environments, including testbenches, simulation models, and test scripts.
