Sr. lead engineer, digital ip verification & emulation

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be leading the verification/emulation planning and execution for complex IP/Sub-system projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and performance standards for our IP products. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving challenging verification problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of verification plans for complex IP/Sub-system designs that spans Pre-Silicon verification and FPGA/Emulation platforms.
- Define verification strategies, methodologies, and coverage goals to ensure comprehensive verification of IP components.
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to identify verification requirements and drive testbench development.
