Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java native/backend application development
- Proven long-term stability and commitment in previous roles
Core Technical Skills :
- Ability to work independently after requirements are shared
- Java 17+
- Spring Boot (production-level experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with RESTful services (design & development)
- Cloud-native application development
- Strong Microservices architecture experience
- Strong hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases and SQL
- Good understanding of database design and optimization
Messaging Systems Integration (Hands-on experience):
