Sr. IT Project Lead

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic IT projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role aims to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. It requires strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience running ERP/MRP projects is a plus.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, commercial, outside vendor) across different sites.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Establish governance structures and define clear roles for effective project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks while promoting preventive actions and continuous improvement.
