We are looking for someone who has

• Has bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Has at least three (3) years' experience in IT Service Desk.
• Has experience in Shared Services and Multicultural Environment is a preference but not required.
• Has proficient understanding of ITIL framework.
• Extensive operational knowledge of multiple operating systems and services not limited to Windows Desktop and Windows Server versions.
• In-depth Active Directory understanding of file permission troubleshooting.
