About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate automation solutions using AMELIA and modern scripting tools. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and Linux/Windows, with a logical problem-solving mindset. You will collaborate with OPNS, application owners, and service teams to deliver efficiency, resilience, and cost savings through automation. Experience in Agile delivery and structured cadences is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement automation using AMELIA and custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript) for service restarts, health checks, and operational runbooks.
Build reusable automation modules with robust logging, error handling, monitoring, and configuration management.
Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, schedulers, alerting, ticketing, CMDB) for end-to-end workflows.
