Sr. Implementation Consultant – Bulgaria

The Senior Implementation Consultant (SIC) acts as the senior operational focal point for the internal and external stakeholders, including the clients, during the implementation of Mercans services.

This role is responsible for the operational aspects of the global payroll and SaaS implementations. The SIC is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting the clients business requirements in accordance with Mercans processes and requirements. The SIC communicates the business requirements to the internal stakeholders and ensures, following Mercans standard testing processes and protocols, that the system configurations implemented by Mercans meet the clients and statutory requirements.

This role is responsible for delivering the required operational training to the clients and ensuring that the operational Hypercare exit criteria are met for the transition of the services to the Business As Usual (BAU) phase.
