Job Responsibilities:1. Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems and gather business requests.2. Conduct data process and visualization with technical skill set.3. Develop compelling, logically structured presentations that can synthesize complex data into insights and action plan, develop and deliver complex reports of both internal & external people analytics and talent market intelligence.4. Act as a thought partner and domain expert on People analytics best practices and keep up to date on new trends in the field.5. Team lead for critical projects.Job Requirements:1. Master's degree. Technical graduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.2. At least 5 years of experience in data analytics-related work.
