Sr. GM/GM - Corporate Projects (Hotel Projects)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head large-scale luxury hotel projects from concept to completion. The role will drive end-to-end project execution including planning, design coordination, MEP integration, budgeting, procurement, construction oversight, and stakeholder management — ensuring delivery within timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete lifecycle management of luxury hotel developments
• Drive feasibility, master planning, design & MEP coordination
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement & vendor negotiations
• Oversee construction execution, quality, safety & regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, hospitality brands & leadership teams
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives
