About the Role

Scope:

Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experts to work in SRE function in Techno-Functional role on Reliability aspects of Product and their implemented solutions.

Our current technical environment:

  • Software: TMS Product Suite
  • Cloud Architecture: Azure

    • What you’ll do:

  • You will drive reliability in Product and their implemented solutions.
  • You will work with various stakeholders on Product side and enhance product reliability.
  • You have to proactively identify failure points, enhance observability for Product and their Implementation Landscapes.
  • Partner closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability.
  • Reduce incident frequency, and improve recovery times in mission-critical supply chain platforms
