Job Summary
The Sr. Freight & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing US-based Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight operations, ensuring accurate shipping documentation, monitoring shipments end-to-end, and resolving freight issues efficiently. This role plays a key part in controlling freight costs, maintaining compliance with US logistics regulations, and supporting smooth coordination between factories, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage US LTL freight shipments, including carrier selection and booking
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents
- Track shipments from pickup through final delivery
