Based in our Madrid office, the Senior Controller, reporting to the CFO, will be responsible for financial control, business plan monitoring and reporting across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, working closely with Investment, Development and Asset Management teams, investors, financial institutions and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Phase

• Support the Investment Team in the structuring of new investments.
• Review and assess underwriting assumptions and investment Business Plans.
• Prepare fund flows related to acquisitions and investment structuring.
• Active involvement in the financing process with financial institutions, including negotiation and review of financing structures, terms and conditions.
