Job Description
:Be responsible for HVAC system operation and maintenance, including chiller, pump, cooling tower, individual air-conditioner, MAU, AHU, FCU, exhaust fan and waste gas treatment system
Be responsible for clean room environment condition sustaining, including particle control, temperature and humidity control
Be responsible for electric power supply system operation and maintenance, including high-voltage station, transformer, distribution cabinet & switch, lighting
Be responsible for building management system, FFU control system maintenance and improvement
Be responsible for wastewater treatment station operation and maintenance
Be responsible for the energy management, including data collection and analysis, as well as energy cost reduction project & renewal energy replacement
Be responsible for new added and improvement project in above systems
