Sr Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field: Mechanic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, etc. or equivalent experience in the field (Electrical engineer preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management or general supervision
• Experience supervising technical personnel and external contractors

Knowledge, Skills and Certifications

• Bilingual 80%
• Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
• CAD drawing (AutoCAD)
• Budget preparation and administration of resources
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge in Six Sigma approach and lean tools related to maintenance
• Desired experience with SAP and CMMS software
• Knowledge of codes and regulations related to the field (e.g., STPS, SEDE, NFPA, IESNA, etc.)
