About the Role
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field: Mechanic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil, etc. or equivalent experience in the field (Electrical engineer preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management or general supervision
- Experience supervising technical personnel and external contractors
- Bilingual 80%
- Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- CAD drawing (AutoCAD)
- Budget preparation and administration of resources
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge in Six Sigma approach and lean tools related to maintenance
- Desired experience with SAP and CMMS software
- Knowledge of codes and regulations related to the field (e.g., STPS, SEDE, NFPA, IESNA, etc.)
