About the Role

The R&D Process Excellence Team is responsible for  
Improvement of R&D (Baroda, Gurgaon, and Ohm) efficiency and strategic projects implementation 
Life Cycle Management Projects for Sun Pharma across US, EM, IN, & EU markets in Formulation & API. The team works for Project Introduction - Opportunity Identification, Evaluation, Plan & Business Case Creation, Presentation to Management for Approval, Project Portfolio Management - Monitoring project progress, Resolution/Escalation of critical issues, MIS preparation, Monitoring of market dynamics Evaluations of Accruals of the projects  
Special Projects in R&D - Rewards & Recognition Systems (Stars of R&D)  
Harmonization of practices across R&D and plants 
R&D Budgets management with finance
