About the Role
About the Role: This role will be responsible to manage, optimize, and ensure seamless integration and operations of the Unicommerce e Solutions platform with SAP SE Business One (B1), enabling efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, financial reconciliation, and operational scalability across all D2 C channels and marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Unicommerce Operations & Management:
- Manage end-to-end Unicommerce OMS, WMS, and channel integrations (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure accurate order flow, inventory sync, and fulfilment tracking across all sales channels
- Configure warehouses, inventory rules, order routing, and shipping workflows
- Monitor order exceptions, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams for smooth operations
- SAP Business One + HANA Management:
- Manage and support SAP B1 modules including Inventory, Sales, Finance, and Procurement
