Sr Executive Unicommerce & SAP

About the Role : This role will be responsible to manage, optimize, and ensure seamless integration and operations of the Unicommerce eSolutions platform with SAP SE Business One (B1), enabling efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, financial reconciliation, and operational scalability across all D2C channels and marketplaces.

Responsibilities :

• Unicommerce Operations & Management :
• Manage end-to-end Unicommerce OMS, WMS, and channel integrations (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure accurate order flow, inventory sync, and fulfilment tracking across all sales channels
• Configure warehouses, inventory rules, order routing, and shipping workflows
• Monitor order exceptions, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams for smooth operations
