**Job Summary**
+ The Senior Estimator manages Estimator Trainees, Staff Estimators, and Project Estimators to ensure the successful execution of multiple large and complex landscape, irrigation, and site-work proposals in alignment with company guidelines.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Generate complete bid estimates on multi-discipline projects
+ Partner with owners, architects, and general contractors to resolve technical matters that may arise during the bidding process
+ Direct bid-day activities and sub-solicitations; maintain knowledge of MBE/WBE/DBE requirements
+ Supervise, develop, train, and mentor assigned staff
+ Communicate with the Manager of Pre-Construction regarding estimating schedules, labor requirements, and potential issues
+ Review completed bids and budgets with the Manager of Pre-Construction
+ Lead inter-branch estimating team...
