Sr Engr, Prod/Test Engineering

Principal Roles & Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, quality and engineering improvement including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities.
• Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
• Support customer return evaluation (RMA).
• Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study/fix the root cause.
• Product bench test verification.
• FA support by doing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
• Bench board construction and debugging.
• Test hardware development and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
