About the Role:

Sr Engineer, Systems Reliability is responsible for improving and protecting the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and capacity of software and systems supporting enterprise IT services. This role applies software engineering and DevOps principles to ensure systems are resilient, observable, and continuously improving. The engineer ensures the reliability of SaaS platforms and their integrations by defining SLIs/SLOs, implementing proactive monitoring and alerting, managing dependency risks with third-party providers, and improving fault tolerance across API, data, and messaging integrations. The engineer combines expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native platforms to improve delivery efficiency and operational support.
