1. University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience on engineering and project management in design institutions;
3. Excellent know-how in project planning and management/supervision.
4. Able to use Continuous Improvement processes, skills and Techniques AND lead projects in this area.
5. Good command of spoken and written in English.
6. Open mind, good interpersonal communication skill and presentation skill.
7. Strong sense of marketing.
